Fazlullah Construction & Engineering Company (FDCEC) is an Afghan design & build construction company delivering integrated engineering solutions through the design and build disciplines of Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing (MEP), Civil Contracting and Water & Power supply. FDCEC has a broad range of highly qualified resources, and over nine years of extensive design, engineering and construction experience across Afghanistan. We were one of the first construction companies to commence operations after the end of the Demotic Afghan War. FDCEC is a registered AISA company (registration #D-35974).

FDCEC delivers integrated engineering solutions to a diverse spectrum of local and international Afghanistan clients. Our foremost clients include the US Army Corps of Engineers, (British, French, Turkish) ISAF, USAid, and the United Nations. Moreover, FDCEC has also worked as sub-contractor with other international companies such as Contract International, TPA, and IMF.

FDCEC has provided job opportunities for more than 3,500 workers in past years of its operations. With over 200 technical and construction staff, and more than 3,000 labourers FDCEC is able to deploy skilled engineering and construction teams throughout Afghanistan. FDCEC was one of the first construction companies to provide continues in-house training in OSHA related topics. As we believe our staff is the cornerstone of our company, and we invest in their personal development, our staff is highly committed and staff turn-over rates are very low. FDCEC’s staff is equipped with computerized drafting and project management tools, including state of the art construction equipment to deliver projects on time and within budget to customer satisfaction across Afghanistan.
