Abdul Qadeer Rahib Dost, son of Haji Abdul Hamid Dost, was born on April 22, 1994, in Kabul, Afghanistan. He spent his childhood in a lively family environment, enriched with moral and ethical values. He completed his primary and secondary education at Habibia High School, one of the most prestigious schools in the country, graduating in 2011.

Pursuing higher education, Abdul Qadeer enrolled at Maiwand University, where he studied Human Resource Management. Through hard work and dedication, he earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management in 2018. His passion for management and human resource development laid the foundation for a diverse and successful professional journey that has since become one of his strongest assets.
